Today it’s easy to see videos of cats just by looking on YouTube, but in the old days, people could only watch movies of cats by going to the theater or watching a movie on TV. Although Hollywood pumps out movies all the time, you may want to look back to the past to see some movies with cats in them from decades ago.

In 1951, Hollywood released “Rhubarb,” a comedy about a rich baseball team owner who dies and leaves his cat in charge of the baseball team. In 1963, Disney made a movie called “The Three Lives of Thomasina,” which is about a woman who dies and gets a chance at another life through a witch and the love of her cat.

So if you’re tired of watching cat videos on the Internet, consider watching old movies with cats in them as an alternative.
