When a pet goes missing, that can be heartbreaking. Even worse is trying to tell kids about a missing pet that’s presumed dead. So when 13-year old Kitty went missing, Suzanne and Dillon White spent hours searching for their missing cat.
The couple decided to tell their three children that Kitty had gotten sick, was at the vet, and might not survive much longer. That’s when they suddenly heard a meowing coming from the garage. Upon opening the door, the shocked family found Kitty walking back into the house.
In one moment, everyone thought that Kitty was dead but in the next, they had Kitty back home and in their arms. Now the only awkward part involved the parents telling their kids why they lied about Kitty being at the vet in the first place.
