Sarah Bohan, a runner from Boston, was on pace to beat her personal record at the Chicago Marathon. However at mile 21, she spotted a stray kitten wandering on to the track. When she picked it up, she noticed its hair was matted and was obviously a stray.

Foregoing her chance to break her personal record, Sarah carried the kitten with the help of another marathon runner who found someone willing to adopt the kitten. Then Sarah finished the race, proving that cats are more important than anything else in life.
