Cats may be cute animals but when they roam around the neighborhood, they often find a special spot to use as their outdoor litter box. If that area happens to be on your property, you’ll wind up with cat feces and urine smelling up your yard.
One solution is to spray the area with coyote urine to keep the cats away. Another is to fill the area with rocks so cats can’t dig in the dirt. Yet another solution is to plant mint and other plants that give off a smell that cats don’t like.
Outdoor cats need a litter box so make sure your property doesn’t become one. That way you can enjoy your yard and cats at the same time.
