During a tennis match between Venus Williams and Diana Shnaider at the Miami Open, a cat suddenly darted across the court and interrupted play, forcing the players to replay the point. Fortunately the cat darted away and cleared the court so the game could continue.
The cat’s antics amused spectators who might have found the cat an added bonus to the game. Hopefully someone will adopt the cat so it can find a home and stop interrupt major tennis tournaments.
