Cats are territorial animals so it’s not surprising when they stake out their turf and guard it against any intruders. While cats like to take control of turf, they also like taking control of humans as well, making sure humans only do what the cat lets them do.
In one viral video, a boy walks down the stairs. Moments later, the cat comes down the stairs after him. Apparently the boy didn’t ask the cast for permission to come down the stairs and the cat is upset that the chain of command has been violated. This just shows that nobody really owns a cat. Cats own us.
