Cats often take some time to get along, especially when introducing a new cat into a household. However when one cat owner adopted a kitten, the older female cat adopted it right away, picked it up by the scruff of the neck, and carried it to a cat tower as if it were its own kitten.
Surprisingly the kitten accepted this and went along with it so now the kitten and the old lady cat are both happy. The cat owner reports that two other kittens refused to be adopted by this old lady cat so it’s nice to see that at least one kitten doesn’t mind being adopted by an older cat for its surrogate mother.
