Stefani Carroll-Kirchoff was filling her front-loading washing machine when her cat, Felix, jumped in. Unfortunately, Stefani didn’t notice until after the washing machine went through a 45-minute cycle.
When Stefani went to check on her laundry, that’s when she heard a faint meow and spotted Felix’s paw inside the washing machine. Fortunately, Felix survived but Stefani has started a fund raising page to help defray Felix’s medical costs to recuperate from the ordeal.
So the lesson is clear. Watch out for cats when doing laundry. You don’t want your cat to climb into a machine without your knowledge.
