Many people unfairly associate black cats with bad luck, but 23-year-old Jonathan Michael Steffy now has a reason to consider black cats to be bad luck. Jonathan was trying to avoid the police and hid.
The police set up a perimeter around the neighborhood and searched for him. When a police officer spotted a black cat staring at something intently in a shed, the officer investigated but found nothing. Then the black cat stared at another shed and that’s where the officer found Jonathan trying to hide.
If you think dogs can protect you from criminals, just realize that cats can do that too. The only difference is that cats will let someone else do the hard work of actually stopping a criminal.
