Where do cats go when they go outside? That’s always been a question for cat owners to ponder but with the help of GPS tracking, they can use science and technology to help them find the answer.

Researchers in the United States put GPS tracking collars on cats and were surprised by the distances that cats covered in their own neighborhood. Now researchers in Australia are conducting their own research to see how far Australian kitties water when they go outside. Chances are good that wherever cats go, they probably aren’t going anywhere that you would expect them to go, just because they’re cats.
