Here’s an odd marketing gimmick. Some company decided to put WiFi antennas around the collars of cats and dogs and let them roam around, creating free WiFi hotspots for people to connect to. To prevent possible safety hazards from having a WiFi hotspot around their necks, the company only kept the WiFi collars on the cats for a limited period of time.

The next time you see a stray cat roaming by, you might be able to get on the Internet through that cat. Then you could use your free WiFi access to look up more news about cats!
