If taking care of a real cat seems like too much trouble, perhaps you’d like to take care of an invisible cat instead. At least with an invisible cat, you won’t have to worry about cleaning up invisible cat hair all over your sofa and bed, or scooping out invisible droppings that the invisible cat left behind in a litter box.
Squishy McFluff is a kid’s story from author Pip Jones, who had to deal with her daughter’s own imagination involving an invisible cat. Perhaps if you read this book to your children, you can make them realize that invisible cats are actually easier to care for than real cats.
