If you think your cat needs to lose weight, you haven’t seen Maximum, a 22-pound Russian cat. Owners Leon and Eugenia Korovin bought the cat as a wedding present to each other in 2009. Eugenia said: ‘We both love cats and we both love really big cats.’
She added: ‘So when we found Max we had to have him. His father was a Maine Coon and his mother was a Siberian cat – both very large breeds.’
With such large cats roaming the Earth, it’s a wonder that they don’t just take over the planet altogether and make humans their servants. then again, they already do that so their size doesn’t really matter anyway.
