When the temperature dropped in Fort Worth, Texas, the local animal shelter suddenly found themselves flooded with cats. The cold weather has prompted more people to bring stray cats to the animal shelter so they can stay warm, which means that the number of cats who need homes has practically doubled overnight.

To relieve the overcrowding, the Humane Society of North Texas in Fort Worth has dropped their adoption fee to $15. If you live near Fort Worth, consider adopting one or more cats for the low price of $15. Get two or three so they can keep each other company.
