You’d think getting hit by a car and buried alive would be tough enough, but now Bart, known as the zombie cat, is undergoing even more trials and tribulations. The Humane Society now claims that Bart’s owner buried Bart alive, but his owner is suing the animal shelter to get Bart back.
This will likely go to court to decide who should keep Bart and who has Bart’s best interests in mind. Hopefully while this is going on, Bart can heal and get back to a normal life again while the humans battle it out like a pack of angry felines in an alley.
