They say everything is bigger in Texas, but when it comes to cat breeds in North America, the Maine Coon is the biggest and likely the heaviest as well. Maine Coons can weigh more than 20 pounds but fortunately they’re known as gentle giants so you never have to worry about one bossing you around any more than what a normal cat would do.
