At Crufts, the world’s most prestigious dog show, several dogs were deliberately fed poisoned meat. Why anyone would deliberately poison show dogs is a horrible crime so now David Cameron joked he had doubled the security around Larry the Downing Street cat.
Hopefully the authorities will find the culprit who would poison show dogs for no apparent reason. Perhaps when they find the suspect, they can have Larry the Downing Street cat interrogate the criminal and find a suitable punishment. If neutering works for pets, maybe neutering would be perfect for the dog poisoner as well.
