When most cats go outside, they generally come back home a few hours later. Yet Nadia, a Russian blue, left the house on Christmas Eve and after traveling1,484-mile journey and two months later, arrived in Naples, Florida.

An animal shelter took in Nadia and discovered her microchip, which led her back to her owner in Wisconsin. How Nadia travelled so far and why remains a mystery, but at least thanks to a microchip, Nadia is safe back in her loving home once more.
