When a black cat somehow managed to get on the ice rink during a San Jose Sharks playoff game, it dispelled the myth that black cats are unlucky because the San Jose Sharks went on to win the game. Now the black cat, nicknamed o Paw-velski, in honor of Sharks captain Joe Pavelski has been temporarily housed in a shelter and given its own webcam with a live feed 24/7.
If you happen to be a San Jose Sharks fan or just like cats, you can watch what this cat is doing. Perhaps if the San Jose Sharks can convince the cat to stroll across the ice rink every game and make them win, we’ll soon see more sports teams adopting black cats as their mascots.
