In Turkey, the military unsuccessfully tried to stage a coup and overthrow the current government. That coup failed and the government managed to wrestle back control and take over the country again.
While the coup was in progress and the world wondered who was really in charge, the Turkish police took up positions. Undaunted, a cat wandered by to see what all the mess was about.
Most likely the cat decided that no matter who took over the government, cats would continue to rule over the Internet and Turkey as well. In fact, a cat is probably running the Turkish government right now and using humans as a puppet to mask the true power behind the throne.
