If there’s any country in the world that could be described as a crazy old cat lady, it’s Japan. The Japanese seem to adore cats and helped spread the popularity of cat cafes around the world. Now the Japanese have gone one step further and created an odd cartoon that combines a cat with a banana.
Bananya and friends live in a world where humans are unaware of their existence. These bananacats remain in hiding from the humans but appear to be content living as bananas while they’re around. If you think this sounds like the imagination of a drug addict having a bad trip, you could be right, but it does demonstrate yet another way humans can exhibit their love for cats while looking crazy to the rest of the world.
