If anyone ever tells you the good old days were better than today, all you have to do is show them this strange video from the 1970s filmed by a Spanish disco troupe called Ballet Zoom. In this particular video, they dance with cats in their hands.
Whoever thought of this either had the foresight to believe that cats would become popular as videos on the Internet decades into the future, or they just dropped acid and had a really bad trip while their cat stared at them from the couch.
Whatever the reason, Ballet Zoom’s bizarre cat video will make you wonder what people were thinking about at the time. More importantly, you have to wonder what the cats were thinking about while these humans manhandled them all for the sake of art.
