Every cat deserves a good home. Unfortunately, not everyone wants a cat and those people who do want a cat often choose kittens over grown cats. Even worse, black cats are often left behind solely because of their color.
If you want to help a cat, please consider adopting a black cat or an older cat. Often times you’ll find an older cat can be just as interesting as a kitten, but you need to prepare yourself for adopting an older cat if you choose to do so.
The major issue is that older cats come with health issues, but if you can accept that, then you’ll find elder cats can make wonderful companions. After all, an elder cat is better than no cat at all.
