The British government has a huge problem. Chancellor of the Exchequer, Philip Hammond, has been forced to keep his dogs inside to keep them from getting into a fight with Larry the Cat, who lives downstairs at 10 Downing Street.
The Chancellor’s two dogs, a terrier named Rex and a dachshund named Oscar, can no longer go outside since Larry the Cat may attack them. When Larry the Cat isn’t threatening the dogs, he’s busy trying to pick a fight with Palmerston the Cat in the Foreign Office.
Larry the Cat has now been documented terrorizing two dogs and a cat, w which means Larry should be on a government’s official terrorist list. Until that happens, Larry the Cat may continue ruling 10 Downing Street matter what Rex, Oscar, or Palmerston may want or think.
