For years, the Westminster Dog Show highlighted dogs from around the world. Yet now the International Cat Association is teaming up with the American Kennel Club for the event to put more than 35 cat breeds on display.
Attending a dog show to look at cats may seem as disconcerting as going to a cat show to look at dogs, but if dogs and cats can set aside their differences and join together for an event designed to bring joy to all animal lovers, perhaps human beings can do the same.
