Larry the Cat has one job at 10 Downing Street as the official mouser, and that’s to keep the place clear of rodents. Yet Larry the Cat was recently spotted catching a mouse and then letting it go after playing with it for a while.
That means Larry the Cat’s not doing his job, which means he fits right in with the rest of the politicians at 10 Downing Street. Perhaps Larry the Cat is simply sympathetic to the poor mice he catches (could he be a communist sympathizer?) or perhaps he’s simply a free loading government employee, cheating taxpayers out of their hard-earned money?
Whatever the case, Larry the Cat will likely continue doing what he wants regardless of public opinion against him. That makes Larry the Cat more of a dictator than many other dictators around the world.
