If cats truly didn’t care about people, they wouldn’t bother saving them so often. The latest rescue involving a cat occurred in Holly Springs, North Carolina. Apparently the family left a car running in the garage, causing carbon monoxide to seep into the house.
What saved the family was the cat trying to wake everyone up. If the cat hadn’t gotten everyone up, they might have died in their sleep from carbon monoxide poisoning.
