In Paradise, California, a wildfire swept through the town and destroyed most homes and buildings. While residents fled the fire, one man stayed behind because he couldn’t find his cat, Zara. Not wanting to leave his cat behind, the unidentified man stayed behind, and saved his life as a result.
While his neighbors fled the fire, they got caught in the fast moving flames. Meanwhile, this man and his cat Zara stayed home and the flames passed by their house, sparing both of them. Now because of his cat’s stubbornness to leave, this man is still alive.
