In the human world, there’s always a power struggle when people fight to become king. That problem reached into the cat world recently at the St. Paul Winter Carnival cat show when judges accidentally announced two cats were the king of the festival.

Thinking quickly, judges decided to award both cats the title of king. That meant Commander Wolffe, a one-eyed Selkirk Rex, was also the king along with Spirit Walker William, an elegant, cream-colored Maine coon.

Now if only humans could get along with sharing power like cats, then the world might be a better place. In lieu of that, perhaps we should just let cats run the world and that would be a happier place as well.
