During Monday Night football between the New York Giants and the Dallas Cowboys, a black cat ran out on to the field, halting play for several minutes. curiously during that time, people ll over the country recorded images of their black cats watching the black cat on TV scamper towards the end zone.
One theory is that cats liked seeing an object daring around the field, but that doesn’t explain why cats aren’t similarly attracted to football players running around. Another theory is that cats noticed one of their own running and wanted to cheer it on.
Whatever the reason, black cats everywhere seemed thrilled to watch another black cat run across their TV screens. Perhaps Monday Night football would be more entertaining if they just showed a cat running around during halftime.
