While much of America was busy watching the Super Bowl game, many feline lovers were equally enthralled by watching the Kitten Bowl, an annual tradition put on by the Hallmark Channel. The best part about the Kitten Bowl is that nobody cares who wins just as long as they get to see kittens playing.
Four teams faced off: the Courageous Cougars, the Last Hope Lions, the Little Longtails and the North Shore Bengals. The purpose of the Kitten Bowl is to encourage people to adopt cats rather than buy them from breeders or pet stores. Best of all, kittens don’t care who wins for loses just as long as they all find a good home.
