When you buy your cat a toy, chances are good your cat will either play with the packaging that the toy came in or just ignore the toy completely instead. If you’re tired of spending money for cat toys your cat doesn’t use, consider cat toys under $10.

There’s also a plastic circle le with a ball inside that the cat can knock around and the ball will never get lost under your furniture.
