Many cartoonists dream about making a living with their cartoons. For John Porcellino, that dreams has come true, but only after 30 years of hard work. John started self-publishing the King-Cat comic books back in 1989.
Now he has finally achieved his dream. The trick is that he didn’t work hard for 32 years and then achieve his dream. He was achieving his dream 32 years ago when he first started self-publishing King-Cat. It just took the rest of the world that long to catch up to him.
