Despite cats being cute, cuddly little fur babies that everyone can adore, some people are allergic to cats. However, it’s not the hair that bothers people but the saliva of cats. When cats groom themselves, they lick their paws and rub their paws against their fur, transferring saliva to their hair.

Even stranger is that one cat’s saliva may set someone off with allergies but another cat may be just fine. That just means cats have the right to do what they want and anyone allergic to them will just have to bow to their furry overlords and survive the best they can. After all, given a choice between a cat and a human, everyone knows the cat should always win.
