Dogs have always been hunting and guardian companions to people, but cats slipped into human society when people started storing grain. That stored grain caught the attention of rodents and birds, which in turn caught the attention of cats looking to eat those rodents and birds.
That’s how cats wormed their way into human society. Because cats protected human food supplies, people began admiring and even worshipping cats. That meant cats could further dominate the human race and control people to do their bidding. The end result is that the human race is now the voluntary servants of cats, and the cats didn’t have to fight one bit to succeed in the end, which goes to show you how clever cats can really be.
