The shelter is promoting their Valentine’s Day special by stating, “Because some things shouldn’t breed.” Even if you don’t live anywhere new New Jersey, considering donating $50 to the shelter anyway just to get the satisfaction of neutering your ex for Valentine’s Day. That might be the best $50 you’ve ever spent for that holiday.
