Holly Keyser moved from the UK to Iceland in 2017, and wound up buying a run-down school bus to convert it into a coffee shop. Helping her run the coffee shop is her three-legged cat, Jeffrey, who has now become a unique part of this unusual coffee shop.
Iceland President President Guðni Th. Jóhannesson and First Lady Eliza Jean Reid, even visited the coffee shop in the school bus and posed with Jeffrey the cat. so if you happen to be in Iceland, drop by the Skool Beans coffee shop, buy a beverage, and say hello to Jeffrey the cat.
