The top picture shows what humans might see at night. The bottom picture shows how that same image might look to a cat. That’s because scientists recently discovered that cats and other animals can see ultraviolet light, which humans cannot.
Researchers believe this is why cats can roam at night and why cats can sometimes act strange because they could literally be seeing things that we can’t see. Either that, or your cat really is odd and needs psychiatric help right away.
