Most people never think of their cat’s nose, but a cat’s sense of smell is one of its most important scent organs with over 200 scent receptors that outnumbers even the scent receptors in dogs.

Of course that doesn’t mean cats will soon replace dogs for sniffing out drugs and explosives. That’s because cats have no desire to do anything to help people unless those people first help the cat. then even after the humans help the cat, the cat will likely walk away until the humans help the cat some more until the human drops dead from exhaustion trying to please their cat.
