In Alicante, Spain, a yacht, worth six million euros, caught on fire while workers were welding in the engine room. The flames quickly spread throughout the ship but when firefighters arrived, someone noticed a cat on the bow.

That’s when a firefighter rescued the frightened animal from the edge of the yacht. Fortunately, nobody was hurt in the fire and both he fireman and the cat made it to safety, although reports say that the cat ran away shortly afterwards with no one sure if the cat belonged on the yacht or had just climbed up there on its own. Whatever the case, the cat is safe and a six million euro yacht is in ruins and given the importance of the two, the cat is far more valuable to everyone.
